Low voltage systems, such as access control, fire alarms, video surveillance, and security systems, are becoming increasingly important in today’s world. In Utah, these systems are regulated by the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL). In order to work on low voltage systems in the state, one must obtain a low voltage license.
