To earn CHC one must either possess a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of healthcare construction experience or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience. Work experience in the following functional areas are required: Construction/project management, estimating, planning, marketing, project superintendent or foreman, architect/engineer design, or design and construction position within a healthcare organization.
