In New Hampshire, the Water Works Operator Certification Program requires all community and non-community/non-transient public water systems serving 25 or more people to be under the responsible charge of a primary certified drinking water system operator. There are two tracks of certification, which are treatment and distribution. Each track has five levels of complexities. The questions provided in this product focus on the Water Treatment Processes of Rapid Mixing, Coagulation and Flocculation, Water Fluoridation, Sedimentation, Filtration, and Disinfection. These are the treatment knowledge required on all exam grades.
