A “Licensed outdoor display operator” is an individual who has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and ability to safely assemble, discharge and supervise outdoor displayfireworks in accordance with NFPA 1123. We create these self-practice test questions module referencing the principles and concepts currently valid in the fireworks profession.
