DORA, the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, issues electrical licenses. To start, you must first register as an electrical apprentice. Then, you must find an electrical apprenticeship to gain the necessary training. After those requirements are met, you should apply for and take the test required to be an electrical journeyman.
